It seems like I'm/My brain is/This is a common occurrence/problem/situation for me. One minute I'm happily/blissfully/confidently going about my day, and the next I've found/realized/stumbled upon that I'm locked out/locked in. Honestly, it feels like a bad joke, but somehow I always manage to do this/pull this off/find myself in this mess.
